Responsibilities:
- Identify and prioritize potential clients within the maritime industry, including ship owners and technical managers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions.
- Cultivate and manage relationships with key stakeholders.
- Lead negotiations and close deals to meet sales objectives.
- Mentor and motivate the sales team to excel.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in maritime sales leadership.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
- Technical background (eg. as Marine Engineer) is preferred (although not a requirement).

Vi søger en PA til ledelsen i Smart-Marine ApS. Der er tale om et deltidsjob på 3 dage om ugen eller halvtid hverdag. Arbejdstiden fastlægges efter nærmere aftale.
Opgaverne vil være blandede som referatskrivning, brevskrivning efter diktat på dansk og engelsk, rapportskrivning, selvstændig sagsbehandling, lidt ejendomsadministration, kaffebrygning, rejseplanlægning, mødebookning, telefonpasning og andre forefaldende opgaver. Der knytter sig fortrolighed til opgaverne.
Kontoret er placeret midt i Aalborg på Boulevarden.
